Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Graded cards are shipped in rigid mailers with corner protection; sealed product is packed to prevent shifting in transit.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier services. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as it ships and viewable any time in your account's order history.

Free shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD. A flat shipping rate applies to orders below that threshold, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location, once dispatched. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. You can also view this any time under My Account → Orders.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
