1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using jackpotcollectibles.com.au (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Authenticity
We sell authenticated Pokémon, One Piece, and Magic: The Gathering singles, professionally graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC), and sealed product. Product photos show the actual physical item you are purchasing wherever practical. Grading information (grade, certification number, population data) is sourced from the relevant grading company at the time of listing and may change over time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error before it ships.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount already charged.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined on our Shipping page. Our returns process is outlined on our Returns page. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. Sell Your Collection / Trade-Ins
Offers made through our trade-in process are estimates based on the information and photos you provide, and are not binding until confirmed in writing after we've physically received and inspected the item(s). We reserve the right to adjust an offer if an item's condition differs materially from what was described or shown.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Jackpot Collectibles, except for product artwork which remains the property of its respective copyright and trademark holders (e.g. Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Bandai). Nothing on this Site grants you a licence to reproduce that third-party artwork.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jackpot Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
